Academic Heights EM High School (Academic Heights Public School), Tirupati, managed by Yasaswani Educational Society (“AHPS”, “we”), respects your privacy. - Parent / guardian details: name, mobile number, email address and postal address.
- Student details: name, class, section, admission or roll number, and details given in admission forms.
- Payment details: amount, date, transaction / reference number and payment status. Card, bank account and UPI details are entered on ICICI Bank’s secure page and are not stored by AHPS.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, used to run and secure the Website.
2. How we use it
- To process fee payments and issue receipts
- To match payments to the correct student account
- To contact parents about admissions, fees, school notices and payment issues
- To resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and audit requirements
- To maintain and improve the Website
3. Payment security
All payments are processed by ICICI Bank’s payment gateway over encrypted SSL / TLS connections. The gateway follows banking and card-industry (PCI DSS) security standards. No online transmission is fully secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
4. Cookies
The Website uses cookies to keep it working and to understand how it is used. Cookies do not hold personally identifiable information. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features, including payments, may then not work.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- with ICICI Bank and its service providers, to process payments
- with education authorities such as CBSE, where required
- when required by law, court order or a government authority
- to prevent fraud or protect the rights and safety of AHPS, students or others

We keep personal and payment records for as long as the student is enrolled, and afterwards for the period required by law and for audit purposes.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or update your personal information, or withdraw consent where the law allows. Write to the Grievance Officer below.
8. Children’s information
Student information is collected only from parents or legal guardians and is used only for school purposes.
9. Links to other sites
AHPS is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from this Website.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on the Website.
