These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.ahpstirupati.com (the “Website”) and any payment made through it to Academic Heights EM High School (Academic Heights Public School), Tirupati, CBSE Affiliation No. 130837, managed by Yasaswani Educational Society (Reg. No. 160 of 2012) (“AHPS”, “the School”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Website
- The Website provides information about AHPS and lets parents and guardians pay school fees and other charges online.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or a parent or legal guardian of the student, to make a payment.
- You agree to give true, accurate and complete information, including the student’s name, class, admission or roll number and your contact details.
- You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or overload it.
2. Online payments
- Online payments are processed through ICICI Bank’s payment gateway. Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, net banking and UPI, as offered by the gateway.
- AHPS does not collect or store your card, bank account or UPI details. These are handled directly by ICICI Bank and its authorised service providers.
- Any charges or taxes levied by the payment gateway or your bank on a transaction are borne by the payer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Please note the transaction / reference number shown after payment and keep the receipt. Quote it for any query.
- A payment is treated as received only after AHPS receives confirmation from the bank. If money is debited but no confirmation reaches us, see the Refund Policy.
- Paying a fee does not by itself confirm admission. Admission is subject to the School’s eligibility criteria, document verification and seat availability.
3. Fees
- 1. Fee amounts, due dates and late-payment charges are set by the School and published in the fee structure on this Website or communicated to parents. For the current year the application fee is ₹900, the admission fee is ₹6,000 and the monthly school fee ranges from ₹5,500 (Nursery) to ₹8,000 (Class 10).
- AHPS may revise fees in line with applicable rules, with notice to parents.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, logos, images and documents, belongs to AHPS unless stated otherwise. It may be viewed and printed for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use needs our written permission.
5. Links to other websites
The Website may link to third-party sites, including the payment gateway. AHPS is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
6. Limitation of liability
- AHPS is not liable for any loss caused by incorrect information entered by the user, or by delays or failures of the bank, payment gateway or internet service.
- AHPS’s total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount of that payment.
7. Changes to these terms
AHPS may update these terms at any time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on the Website.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
